Vacancies and Placements

Vacancies

At present there are no staff vacancies at The Centre.

The situation is unlikely to change in the near future, but when we do recruit we normally advertise in-house, on this web site and through social media.

You are welcome to send your CV at anytime to Mrs J Harris which will be kept on file for six months. If any vacancies arise we would endeavour to email you and ask you to complete an application form if you wished to be considered.

Work Experience- Term Time only

The Centre offers a five day (Monday - Friday) work experience placement for school or college students during term time February - November.

It is not possible to undertake work experience at The Centre during your school holidays.

Students should have an aptitude for a placement within a busy tourist attraction as they will shadow staff in all areas.

We accept a maximum of two students per week, but not from the same school.  The student will be at The Centre from 9.30 am - 4 pm each day and cannot be dropped off any earlier, nor can they access the site without car transport.

The Centre has been vetted, inspected and authorised by East Sussex County Council.  If you wish to check any information with them, please contact via email:
workexperience@eastsussex.gov.uk

If you are interested in a work experience placement at The Centre you should contact the Work Experience Co-ordinator at your school.

We can only deal with requests direct from your school / college and we will not discuss placement requests with parents / guardians.

Telephone: 01323 832731
