Gardens & Grounds of Herstmonceux Castle

The Observatory Science Centre is set within the beautiful Herstmonceux Castle Estate, home of  Bader International Study Centre, Queen's University (Canada).
If you wish to visit both The Centre and The Gardens & Grounds, please purchase a combined ticket from the castle entrance kiosk.
Please note that The Gardens & Grounds have a shorter season than the science centre.

Admission to The Gardens & Grounds alone is via a separate entry ticket which must be purchased from the castle entrance kiosk. The castle is not open to the public, however guided tours are conducted at an extra charge and subject to availability, but due to the operation of a busy university it is strongly advised that you telephone for confirmation of times before you visit (01323 833816).
