The Observatory Science Centre is part of the educational charity Science Projects Ltd: dedicated to the promotion of Science for All.

Your purchase helps to support us as we strive to maintain and develop this unique attraction in a Grade II* Listed site.

Your Gift Ticket Package is non-transferrable, non-refundable and valid for the season shown on the ticket.

The package bundle includes the items shown and will be posted with an exclusive Science Centre card (with envelope): blank for your own message.

You can purchase Gift Tickets in person at our reception at standard admission prices: no gift package items, no gift card, no postage & packing.

• Child category age 4 - 17
• Adult category age 18 - 64

• Family of 4: 1 adult & 3 children, 2 adults & 2 children

• Gift Tickets are valid for the 2025 season and can be redeemed for either day visits or Stargazing evenings: pre-booking essential
• Gift Tickets cannot be extended to the following calendar year
• Gift Tickets cannot be redeemed via our on-line booking system. You are required to book by calling us 01323 832731 at least 48 hours prior to your intended visit date
• Your Gift Ticket does not guarantee entry on any given date if you have not contacted us in advance
• You must hand in your actual Gift Ticket on arrival
• No photocopies accepted
• All children must be accompanied & supervised at all times by an adult / senior
• Gift Tickets cannot be replaced or refunded if lost
• Gift Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash
• Gift Tickets cannot be redeemed against purchases in the Gift Shop, Cafe or The Launch Box
• Gift Tickets cannot be redeemed for Special Events
